Payments are required in advance of the trip date and we have several options to choose from.
- Interac E-Transfer is a popular choice for many people. It is safe, easy to use, and you can pay directly from your bank account’s online banking.
- Credit Card with Square. Accepted cards are Visa, Master Card, American Express, and JCB. Credit card purchases subject to a 3.5% admin fee.
- Cash and Check You can always mail us a check or schedule a meet up for cash and check payments.
- Also accepted are IKEA Gift Cards and IKEA Return Cards.
Return Policy- All items purchased through us are entitled to free returns within the IKEA 45 day return window and must be in their original packaging. Return items not purchased through us are accepted but subject to a fee.
Out of Stock Policy- If an item is found to be out of stock either before the trip or even during we will contact you through email and receive instruction as to a substitution, future attempt, or cancellation of item. If we are unable to fill your order you will be refunded the item’s price and associated pickup fees.
Damaged items- If your order comes damaged or with missing items we will replace it for you free of charge. Please check your items when you receive them so we can take care of any problems for you as soon as possible.
